Week 2 Update

I did 4 workouts at the YMCA last week, as well as one today. Last week I swam 10x50 workouts, and will be doing 12x50s all week this week. Not gonna lie, last week was tough. I haven't swam since I was about 10... Starting this week I will be doing 4 pool workouts and 1 running workout per week (the runner in me misses cross country season, what can I say?). I will try to put up some videos or pictures of the strokes I have been working on. This week I'm trying to be less bad at the front crawl and also work on turnovers so I don't have to stop and turn around when I get to the end of the pool. Maybe I'll eventually work up the courage to see if I can remember how to dive... Wish me luck!
